2) The 48th anniversary of the death of whistle-blower Sen. Joseph McCarthy by alcohol-related hepatitis.

3) The 33rd anniversary of the death of FBI boss and general weirdo J. Edgar Hoover, in his sleep.

4) The 486th anniversary of the death of Leonardo Da Vinci.

    Nice of you to note the CSA General. He was a “dyed in the wool” Calvinist by the way. I recommend “The Life and Campaigns of Lt. Gen. Stonewall Jackson” by R. L. Dabney for those interested in such things.
