Canada was good. A group of us from Little Flock church went and assisted a former member and recent emmigrant conduct a vacation bible school among other projects.
I learned a lot about canola.
Madness???

What is canola anyway?
It’s not the scare people think it is:

Canola is sought throughout the world for oil and margarine as being low(est?) in trans-fats. The higher saturated (hydrogenated) the fat, the harder it is for the body to break it down. Among other reasons, it is a broadleaf that farmers can easily alternate with grasses such as wheat or barley.
Canadians are very proud of canola.
Can you eat a canola? You can eat coconuts, soy, corn, and other things oils come from, but I have never seen anyone eat a bag of canola!
By the way, there is all this hype about coconut oil and its health benefits. I never eat canola oil, only coconut, butter and olive oil (which I only eat cold).

They’re all just a bunch of carbon chains. Just a bunch of batteries!
