Better page now?

I’ve reduced the load time of this page by three seconds, vs the original ockhamist.com.  There is 10% less data, and better use of stylesheets.  This page has a load time comparable to yahoo.com.

 

It feels good to have the page working again.

    Thanks, Sarah. You’re always kind. The pictures are of me, so I guess they’re funny . . .

    This, by the way is my 1,100th post on my site by Wordpress’ count. It’s counting unpublished posts from MT, but still, that’s a lot. This site’s been a fun ride, and it’s still going.
