I’ve got a new gallery of pictures. They are not well-organized by theme, but I’m using a new flash gallery program, so the load time on dial-up may be a little longer. Let me know if it works for you or not.

The photos do include the Roman arch that Patton stood in front of in the movie.

Wow! Thanks. You got some great shots. Were these with your phone?

The pics of the M were cool. It must have been something to visit there.

Lots of the other pics looked like California. Except for the Roman ruins. And the women were all wearing clothes.

Is the Barbie Back-pack real? Seriously? How do I get one?

Great pics! Looks like you are getting out some. Corn flakes, not the best choice but maybe the selection is limited.

    Thanks guys!

Yes, these were with my phone. My camera rarely makes it out of the house, but my phone is always with me. Yes indeed, all of the women wear clothes here.

The backpack is for real, but whether it is a genuine Mattel-licenced product or not I’ll never know. There’s not a “black market” here, just a market. Regular items are mixed in with fakes everywhere. I got some $12 “Levis 507 Red Tab” jeans, which seem almost legitimate, and are of the same high quality I would expect from a US store selling the real thing.

Western-style breakfast cereals are expensive and not sold everywhere. Yes, the selection is very limited. I don’t really like Corn Flakes, but bought some out of consideration for price, since I’d already bought some milk that I had to use up.

    Madness!
